Allocating groups into space

Workplace is where you create scenarios, allocating groups with specific requirements onto your floorplans. It has two main views - the plan view and the data view.

The plan view

On the plan view, you can:

• Switch between 2D and 3D using the toggle

• View the entire building in 3D by clicking All floors

• Show zones

• Zoom into the plan by moving two fingers apart on your trackpad or use your mouse wheel

• Pan around the plan pressing down with two fingers on your trackpad or with your right mouse button

The data view

Expand tab to get a larger view of the Groups, Connections and Metrics columns.

Buildings

Directly below the top menu, add a building to the current view (which allows you to view multi-building scenarios) or switch to another building using the arrows to the right.
