Definitions

Replacement vs. adjustment of floorplans

• Replacement: substituting an entirely new floorplan for an existing floor. Exterior perimeter is generally the same. By default, there is no mapping between the original workpoints/floor, meaning that allocations on the replaced floor with not be preserved in existing scenarios.

• Adjustment: changing workpoints that are allocated and mapping the new workpoints, so that allocations are preserved in existing scenarios. If workpoints are deleted, the number of workpoints allocated to a group will decrease. If workpoints are moved and the layout has changed and we are maintaining allocations, you will need to specify which new workpoints belong to groups.

  • If adjustments are made to secondary settings or additional furniture, no mapping between workpoints is required and scenario allocations are preserved as a default.

SLAs

• Minor amendments are generally completed within 24 hours

• With more extensive amendments (i.e., large percentages of the workpoints have changed and need to be re-mapped, or a floor is replaced) we will advise on timeframes dependent on complexity of requirements.
