Upload people by csv

Use the upload feature to create or update your people sets

Multiple groups can be added to a people set instantly by CSV upload. This can be additional groups for an existing people set or new groups to a blank people set. To create or modify a people set, use the People page and select the relevant people set in the dropdown menu, or click Create new as shown below.

Any of the fields below can be included for upload, with name being the only required field (meaning you can leave the others blank if you do not have any information to enter). Your CSV should follow the format below:

Required field - group name	Valid HEX code with lowercase letters and hashtag ie, #3355ab	fix or flex (free is the default and does not need to be specified)	TRUE or FALSE (false is the default and does not need to be specified)	Any numerical value. If left blank, will be populated by target.	Any numerical value. If left blank, will be populated by headcount.

Formatting for upload

• Column headers are case-sensitive as written above.

• Group names cannot be duplicated. You will receive an error message and be prevented from uploading if your CSV contains duplicates.

• If you leave your target column blank, it will automatically be populated by the headcount column, and vice versa. To create a value of 0, you will need to enter a 0.

• You should not have any additional empty columns or rows on your CSV.

To upload, select an existing people set to add new groups, or create a new people set. Then use the upload button from the people page as shown in green below:

Applying a people set to a new scenario

Once you've created a new people set and uploaded groups, you can use the people set in a new blank scenario.
