Welcome to gospace

AI-powered scenario planning

gospace is powered by AIDRA, our revolutionary AI engine. AIDRA automatically allocates space to groups, accommodating every requirement while remembering where they were previously allocated. It generates the best possible solution for all groups in seconds, saving time and effort with manual space planning.

Adjust the view size

When you first enter, you may prefer to adjust the zoom settings in your browser, especially if using a smaller laptop. This will allow you to view more data at once. Zoom settings can be found in the top-right corner of most browsers (we recommend 80%).

To run gospace you will need to use the most up-to-date version of either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. You should also make sure that your computer is updated with the latest software update. You'll get the best results with a strong internet connection.

Enable notifications

When you first open gospace, please enable notifications in order for all tools to function correctly. You should see a pop-up asking you to allow notifications. If not, follow the instructions in the links below to set them.

  • How to allow notifications in Chrome

  • How to allow notifications in Edge

Once you have set your notifications, you will need to log out, refresh your browser, and then log back in. When you evolve, notifications will pop up in the top-right corner of your screen which means that you have them correctly set to allowed.

Troubleshooting

See below for common issues and what you can do to fix them:

Issue

Solution

Evolve not starting or does not complete after being clicked and no notifications pop up on the side of the screen

Enable notifications in your browser

Any request not completing (ex. allocation not updating after painting on a team)

Refresh page and clear browser cache

Evolve not completing (the evolve symbol keeps spinning)

If setup is correct, try hitting evolve again to push the request through and/or refresh the browser

Newly added account is not showing on Accounts page

Refresh browser

Reports not loading in Analytics

If reports have not been opened recently and/or a large amount of new data has been added to the system, reports may take a few minutes to generate. Wait for a few minutes before refreshing.

After clicking on an account from the Accounts list, a white screen appears

Ensure that WebGL is enabled in your browser. You can check this here: https://get.webgl.org.

If WebGL is not enabled, you can read more about how to fix this here: https://help.lexialearning.com/s/article/Turn-on-Web-GL-in-Your-Browser

You should also ensure that your driver is updated. If using a corporate laptop, you may need to ask IT for support. We recommend that your IT team whitelist the following domain: api.production.gospace.com or wildcard whitelist the entire root domain: *.gospace.com.

When attempting to create a scenario, an error message appears

Ensure you are not using any special characters in the scenario name, such as " / ". Refresh and try again. If the error persists, please report this to the team.

To prevent errors:

  • Try not to switch tabs while evolving. This may prevent your completed solution from showing and it will appear as if the AIDRA is continuously evolving a solution without completing. If you do switch tabs, you may need to refresh the page to view your completed solution.

  • Close as many other tabs and programs that are running as possible.

  • If using gospace while on a video call, switch off your video when you can.
